Since I had to format my system in order to downgrade in the first place, I lost access to the save file before I was able to make a NAND backup. Unfortunately, I'm a dumb and didn't backup any of my game saves before formatting the system - I simply didn't think about that at the time. When I downgraded my O3DS from 10.3 to 9.2, I had to format my system in order for the downgrade to work.
